House of Pianos reserves the right to accept product returns at our discretion.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or damaged item which cannot be repaired.
All our new pianos come with manufacturers warranties, the details of which will be provided to you at the time of purchase. You will be provided with a written copy of the manufacturers warranty upon delivery of your new piano. We are happy to assist with any genuine warranty claims. Our pre-loved instruments are fully inspected before sale and are sold with a comprehensive five-year warranty administered by our company.
The cost of returning any items will be the responsibility of the consumer.
No refunds will be given if you have simply changed your mind.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days in the form of original method of payment or store credit.
