Shipping policy
Shipping policy is determined by product category. On accessories and most digital pianos we offer either complimentary or flat rate shipping. Acoustic pianos have their own policy.
Digital Pianos and Accessories
We ship orders for digital pianos and accessories with a number of major courier companies including COPE Sensitive Freight, TNT/Fedex, Allied Express and Couriers Please dependent on the product and where you are located. All shipments are sent with online tracking and insurance. As soon as your order is booked with a courier you will receive email and SMS alerts providing you with a tracking number and updates from the respective companies.
As a general guide, orders placed by 1pm each day for items that are in stock are dispatched same day. Approximate shipping times on digital pianos and accessories are as follows:
Metropolitan Melbourne: 1-3 business days
Metropolitan Sydney: 2-4 business days
Metropolitan Brisbane: 3-5 business days
Regional areas: 4-10 business days
If we need to source a product from a supplier warehouse you delivery may take longer. We make all attempts to list anything out of stock on our website. If you can’t find your tracking number please call or message our website and we will provide it to you.
Shipping is calculated at check out. Digital pianos fall into three shipping categories:
- Free shipping (on light weight and promotional items). Free shipping is not available to WA, the NT or some regional areas.
- Flat rate shipping: heavier boxed items dropped to the ground floor of your address (not including stairs). Flat rate shipping is not available to WA, the NT or some regional areas determined at our discretion.
- Larger digital pianos: larger units that are in one piece or digital baby grands need to be moved by piano specialists. We will need to obtain a quote for your delivery. Please get in touch.
Customers in regional destinations may find we are unable to supply to their postcode. An immediate refund will be processed if we are unable to deliver to you.
Acoustic Pianos
Shipping on acoustic pianos is handled exclusively by piano specialists and we only use highly experienced and insured professionals. Given complexities around the weight and logistics of acoustic pianos, we must obtain freight quotes on a case by case basis. Factors including distance, access and whether the piano is going on the ground floor or up or down stairs have impacts on freight rates.

Metropolitan Melbourne deliveries are generally within 5-7 business days, dependent on on availability of technicians and carriers. We do monthly long distance trips that cover New South Wales to the Sunshine Coast and across to South Australia and Perth. Outside of these areas, please enquire about the possibility of arranging shipping on acoustic pianos.
