This glorious example of a genuine Steinway Grand piano made in the Hamburg Germany factory ca. 1900 has been meticulously refurbished to concert specifications by one of Australia's top restoration companies, Classic Piano Restorations.

The model A is 188cm's long (6' 2") with original turned legs and antique piano rest, the stunning Satin Rosewood finish completely refinished & French Polished sets off a magnificent artwork.

All new genuine Steinway parts including hammers, strings, tuning pins & dampers & iron frame refinished in original Steinway gold with pin striping.

Original soundboard in excellent condition stripped, bleached and refinished and all brasswork repolished.

• New shanks/flanges, back checks, dampers and damper back action, frame felts key bushings and keyframe felts
• Tonally, the instrument offers depth and sustain in the bass, clarity through the tenor and a projecting, singing treble characteristic to early Hamburg production.
